• Christmas Advent Calendars cannot be returned after December 1st or if opened
• Personalized Christmas Stockings are final sale once customization is completed
• Christmas Floral Arrangements are non-returnable due to their perishable nature

• Up to 3 business days during peak season (November-December)

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of items. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging with all tags and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened Christmas Advent Calendars or those returned after December 1st
• Personalized or monogrammed Christmas Stockings
• Christmas Floral Arrangements
• Opened Christmas Lights
• Christmas Snow Globes with damaged original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number
3. Package item securely in original packaging
4. Ship to: Christmas Designers Store, 4617 East 3rd Street, Panama City, US 32404
5. Include Return Authorization Number and order confirmation

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
