Shipping Information
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak holiday season (November-December), please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to deliver your Christmas treasures:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for: When you need your decorations quickly
- Tracking included with all standard shipments
Free Shipping
- Available on orders of $50 or more
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Perfect for: Budget-conscious shoppers who can wait a bit longer
Please note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holiday periods.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Christmas decorations. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the seasonal and sometimes personal nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Christmas Advent Calendars once opened or after December 1st
- Personalized or monogrammed Christmas Stockings
- Christmas Floral Arrangements (due to their perishable nature)
- Opened Christmas Lights (for safety reasons)
- Christmas Snow Globes if the original packaging is damaged
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address: Christmas Designers Store

Panama City, US 32404 - Include Documentation: Be sure to include your Return Authorization Number and original order confirmation in the package.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- In your return request email, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for
- If the exchange item has a different price, we will process a refund or charge the difference accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
