At Christmas Designers Store, we want your holiday decorating experience to be as magical as the season itself. While we carefully craft and package each of our Christmas decorations, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care and attention we put into creating your festive holiday memories.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain seasonal products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Advent Calendars (once opened or after December 1st)
  • Personalized or monogrammed Christmas Stockings
  • Christmas Floral Arrangements (due to their perishable nature)
  • Opened Christmas Lights (for safety reasons)
  • Christmas Snow Globes (if the original packaging is damaged)

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at:

  5. Include Documentation: Be sure to include your Return Authorization Number and original order confirmation in the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. In your return request email, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for
  3. If the exchange item has a different price, we will process a refund or charge the difference accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
